Rules to comply with in Switzerland
For companies in Ticino and the rest of Switzerland: QR-bills, the FADP, reporting attacks, and the EU rules that also apply to exporters. I work from Rovellasca, between Milan and the Swiss border.
Swiss QR-bill: structured addresses in your business software
From 13 November 2026 Swiss banks may reject QR-bills with a combined address. If your invoices come from custom software, a spreadsheet with macros or an online shop, I fix the customer data and the QR code.
Reporting a cyberattack within 24 hours in Switzerland
Since 1 April 2025, Swiss critical infrastructure operators must report cyberattacks to the federal cybersecurity office within 24 hours, and since October 2025 fines reach CHF 100,000. I prepare servers, websites and business software so 24 hours is enough.
Swiss FADP and your website: cookies, forms and outside services
The revised Swiss Data Protection Act has applied since 1 September 2023, with fines of up to CHF 250,000 falling on individuals. I check what your site really loads, which data leaves it and for which countries, then fix cookies and forms.
Swiss equal pay analysis with Logib: the data, ready to load
In Switzerland, employers with 100 or more staff must run an equal pay analysis and have it verified. Logib is free, and the work is in the data sheet. I merge payroll, job and contract data so the sheet can be rebuilt with the same rules each time.
Cyber Resilience Act: if your Swiss company exports to the EU
Switzerland has no similar law yet, but the Cyber Resilience Act covers every digital product sold in the EU, even one made in Lugano. I set up the component list, vulnerability checks and update channel.
Swiss online shop with EU customers: what you need
Switzerland has no general right of withdrawal for online purchases, but the EU does. If you ship to Italy or Germany you need a withdrawal button and accessible pages, and a chatbot must say it's an AI. I update WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Shopify.
