What it does

Dracartys personalises objects and gifts: prints on fabric, mugs, glass, wood, slate. The CRM keeps clients, products and quotes, and over time it has grown into sales, stock, orders and to-dos, with links to WooCommerce, eBay, Vinted and Italian e-invoicing.

Every product has its size and colour variants, each with a purchase price, a list price and a custom sale price that imports never overwrite. The supplier's Roly price lists come in from Excel files, with a preview before updating.

A quote is built line by line: products, services, kits, free text and section titles, with a markup and a discount per line or on the total, plus stamp duty and the INPS contribution when needed. The box with estimated cost and margin stays inside the app and never reaches the printed page. The print template (logo, colours, font, header and footer) is changed from the settings.

How it's built

PHP 8 with no framework and MySQL, made for ordinary cPanel hosting: you upload it and it runs, and the database updates itself from the settings. The only external library is Dompdf, for the PDFs. It also installs as a PWA.

I also built the website, dracartys.it.

The screens of the software come from test copies filled with made-up data.
