What it offers

The call is by the Romagna Chamber of Commerce, approved by its board on 15 October 2026, with EUR 200,000. Applications go on ReStart from 10:00 on 24 November 2026 to 13:00 on 29 January 2027, in order of arrival, with a digital signature and a EUR 16 revenue stamp.

  • line A, starting a business: 60% of costs, up to EUR 5,000, with a minimum investment of EUR 2,500;
  • EUR 1,000 more for youth-led (under 35) or women-led businesses;
  • line B: a flat EUR 5,000 for taking over a business or a family handover, with no costs to report;
  • one line per business, de minimis rules, payment within 90 days of a complete request.

Micro, small and medium businesses registered and active with the Chamber since 1 January 2026 can apply, with their registered office and local units in one of the 29 towns.

What counts

Line A covers capital goods, machinery and furniture, business and professional software with other business applications, the company website, cybersecurity work and start-up consulting, the business plan included.

Smartphones and tablets, legal compliance work, incidental costs, and supplies of goods or services that are the business's own line of work are excluded.

The sums

60% reaches the EUR 5,000 cap at about EUR 8,300 of spending. It's a small call, suited to a business that's opening: a website people can find on Google and a program that keeps track of orders or bookings.

What I do

The quote is on my letterhead with the call's items, and every invoice arrives within the 120 days.

What I don't do

I don't file the application or check the business's eligibility. This page summarises the call approved by Chamber board resolution no. 90 of 15 October 2026, the application form and the Romagna Chamber of Commerce's page, as read on 5 November 2026. The call is the reference.
