Como-Lecco Chamber's AI voucher: what happens after the study?
Until 31 December 2026 the Como-Lecco Chamber of Commerce covers 70% of a study on AI in your company, from EUR 4,000 to 12,000. Building is left out: I work in Rovellasca, and when you have the roadmap I can put it into practice.

What the call offers
The Como-Lecco Chamber of Commerce has set aside EUR 200,000 to help micro, small and medium companies in the two provinces adopt artificial intelligence with a method. Applications run from 15 April to 31 December 2026 on the ReStart platform, with SPID, CNS or CIE and a digital signature.
- Micro package, up to 15 employees: cost EUR 4,000, Chamber EUR 2,800, association EUR 600;
- Small package, up to 30 employees: cost EUR 6,000, Chamber EUR 4,200, association EUR 900;
- Medium package, over 30 employees: cost EUR 12,000, Chamber EUR 8,400, association EUR 1,800.
The four stages are an analysis of the current state, a technology blueprint, a governance, risk and compliance review, and a feasibility study with a roadmap.
The point few people check
At the end you have a document. A good one tells you what's worth automating, but the spreadsheet rows stay where they are. So before starting, ask the partner three things: which processes they'll really look at, in what format they leave the results, and whether the roadmap says how much work each step takes.
After the study
This is where I come in, and I'm close by: I work in Rovellasca, in the province of Como. I've worked with AI that reads PDFs and with agents that carry out steps in place of people.
- I take one item from the roadmap, usually the one saving the most hours, and try it on real data;
- I connect it to your business software, email or WhatsApp, with a person checking doubtful cases;
- I keep confidential data out of outside services where needed;
- if a customer-facing chatbot comes out of it, I add the AI Act notices.
To pay for the build, look at the Double Transition voucher or the Nuova Sabatini.
What I don't do
I don't file the application. This page summarises the call of 15 April 2026 and the Chamber's page, as read on 31 October 2026, when the Chamber still listed it as open. Funds are first come, first served and can run out early, so check what's left.
Frequently asked questions
How much does the company pay?
Each package has a fixed cost by size. The Chamber covers 70%, and a participating trade association can add 15%. Without a partner association you pay the remaining 30%, excluding VAT.
Does the voucher pay for software too?
From the description of the call, no: it covers four-stage consulting that ends in a feasibility study and a roadmap. Building comes next and has to be funded another way.
Who can be the technology partner?
Article 5 of the call asks for an incubator certified by the Ministry of Enterprise (MIMIT), based in the province of Como or Lecco, with AI revenue in the last two years. The Chamber lists Sviluppo Como-ComoNExT and TEF Bridge as the certified incubators in the area. I can't be one: I come in afterwards, when there is something to build.
My registered office is in Como and my business in Lecco, or the reverse.
A registered or operating office, listed and active in the Companies Register, in either province is enough.
